Celebration of family, marriage to be held in Jonesboro

The 3rd Annual Clayton County Marriage and Family Day Celebration will be held on the Historical Courthouse Lawn, in Jonesboro, Thursday, June 12, 6 to 7:30 p.m. There will be music, free Chick-fil-A, and four winners of the "My Dynamite Dad" essay contest will read their essays. There will be information from a number of Clayton County organizations about marriage, families and fathering. The event is put on by the Clayton County Marriage and Family Initiative.
