Clayton County Police are looking for two men suspected of robbing a Waffle House early Tuesday morning.
According to police reports, the men were first seen outside the 7415 Davidson Circle West property, in Stockbridge, bending over, as if to put on a mask. They then walked in wearing gloves, gray, hooded sweat shirts, white masks and matching black semi-automatic pistols. Both men were described by witnesses at the Waffle House as black males, about five-feet, nine-inches tall. One man allegedly said, "Don't move," repeatedly. He then ordered the staff to stand by the grill and said, "Don't nobody look at me." The other man punched buttons on the cash register until it opened, according to the police report, and then took the cash drawer and ran. Neither the men, nor the drawer, were found when police arrived a little after 12:22 a.m. Police were waiting to review the restaurant's security camera, Tuesday. Anyone with information about the armed robbery, is asked to call the Clayton County Police Department's crime tip line at (770) 473-5400. - Daniel SillimanMore like this story
