Throughout the season, the NBA has been pumping a colorful slogan with various images and players uttering the phrase, "Where amazing happens" promoting the unpredictable sequences that often take place on the court.

Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity is calling for women volunteers to participate in Women Build Week, underwritten by Lowe's. Women Build is a program of Habitat for Humanity that gives women the opportunity to learn or develop construction skills while continuing Habitat's mission to serve families in need. Women Build week will began on Monday, May 5 and runs through Friday, May 9. Volunteer daily from 9 a.m., to 3 p.m. Volunteers of all skill levels are encouraged to call Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity to get involved. In acknowledgment of female caregivers' complicated schedules, flexible hours are available.
