Glen Mack Bell

Glen Mack Bell, 61, of Jackson, died on Monday, Oct. 6, 2008.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 9 at 1 p.m., at Pope Dickson & Son-Morrow Chapel, with the Rev. Charles Cunningham officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.

His family will receive friends at the funeral home TODAY (Wednesday, Oct. 8), from 5 p.m., to 8 p.m.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Barbara Lee Bell, of Jackson; daughter, Glenda Cardin; sisters, Paula M. Tallent, of Thomson, and Barbara Jean Miller, of Jackson; niece, Yasha Jean Petsch; 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was the owner of Mack's Auto Parts and B & B Auto Sales of Forest Park.

Norma Dennis Davis

Norma Dennis Davis, 80, of Marietta, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory. Interment will be at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery, Marietta, Ga.

Mrs. Davis was born in Eatonton, Ga. She was a graduate of Georgia State College for Women. She was a long-time accountant and tax advisor, and a member of ABWA and Toast Masters.

Mrs. Davis is survived by one daughter, Deborah Kreye, of Naples, Fla; one son, Lee Davis, of Marietta; one sister, Frances Tanksley, of Riverdale; one brother, Hubert Dennis, of Powder Springs; two grandchildren, Brett and Christy Kreye; nieces and nephews.
