Since taking the helm of Clayton County Public Schools last month, Interim Superintendent Valya Lee has repeatedly said she wants school system officials to base decisions affecting student achievement on data from similar school districts. On Monday, the county's school board will hear a presentation on data-driven decision making from acting Chief Academic Officers Sharon Brown and Janice Davis.
