Weyman L. Massey, Sr.
Weyman L. Massey, Sr., passed away peacefully at home on April 27, 2009 after a long illness. He was 79. He resided in Stockbridge, and was a barber in Forest Park. He had a lifelong love of playing music, especially bluegrass. He was the husband of Edith Massey, father of Weyman, Jr., Vickie Massey, Brenda Williams, and Lisa Russell-Allen; brother of Billy and Johnny. Visitation will be held at 6 p.m., on Wednesday, April 29, at Pope Dickson & Son-Morrow Chapel. Interment will be at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
