Georgia Department of Transportation officials are advising motorists of a lane closure along Ga. Highway 155 northbound, in Henry County, beginning near Exit 216 along Interstate 75. The closure will continue to the intersection at Ga. Highways 20 and 81.
One right lane will be closed in order to start resurfacing that section of highway, said Kimberly Larson, department spokeswoman. Work will begin Monday, from 7 p.m., until 6 a.m., nightly, and will continued through Saturday, Aug. 8. Officials insist motorists reduce speeds and expect congestion as they travel through this construction work zone. - Johnny JacksonMore like this story
