When Animal Control called CCHS to ask for help with a cat who was in labor, CCHS staff immediately went to rescue the little "mom-to-be", and less than 24 hours later, Prince and all of his brothers and sisters were born. That was on March 27, 2007, and in the two and a half years since that day, the mom kitty and all the other babies have been adopted; only little Prince never made it out of the shelter. He has spent his entire life as a CCHS resident. Prince is a good boy, with a quiet, mild-mannered personality. Most recently, he has shown signs of sadness, depression and stress. We believe that living at the loud, crowded shelter has become overwhelming for this sweet boy. Prince needs a quiet, calm home where he can feel loved and secure. It would be wonderful if Prince could finally spend a Christmas in a real home, with a loving family. Prince has been neutered and fully vaccinated. For more information about how to make this a very special holiday for Prince, please call Robin at 770/478-7531. Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.
