Pets of the Week - Feb. 19, 2009

Katey is a black/gray domestic tabby. She is approximately one a half years old, and she has been spayed. Having just come into CCHS, she is still getting her vaccinations updated. Katey is a wonderfully sweet cat, and sadly, she's had some seriously bad luck thrown her way in her short year and a half. When she was a tiny kitten, a "good Samaritan" snatched her out of the middle of a very busy Atlanta road, and she was allowed to live with him until there were issues with another pet in the house. When the friction started up, Katey was handed over to CCHS. Katey is now looking for a new home where she can be the center of attention. For information about how to adopt Katey, please call Robin at 770/478-7531. Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.

Tristan is a Tibetan Spaniel mix. He is approximately one year old, and he has been neutered and vaccinated. This sweet little guy has made it clear that he likes everyone and he knows no strangers! He is very active and will need to be in a home where his energy can be appreciated AND attended to. For more information, please call Clayton County Humane Society at 770/471-9436.
