Pets of the Week - Jan. 8, 2009

Sarge is a domestic shorthair orange tabby, and he sports gorgeous golden eyes. Sarge has been neutered and all vaccinations are current. He was born at the Clayton County Humane Society on March 27, 2007; less than 24 hours after his pregnant mom had been rescued from Animal Control. Sarge is a happy, content cat (just look at that big grin on his face) and tends to have a quiet, more laid-back personality. This little guy was born into a shelter situation, and has never known anything else....here he is, more than a year and a half later, still waiting for a real home and a family who will love him. Jacquelyn is a solid black domestic shorthair. She is just under 3 years old, and she has been spayed and fully vaccinated. Jacquelyn and her sister, Corrie (also available for adoption) were found as babies, living in house which was under construction. Being so small, and with no mom anywhere to be found, the girls were rescued and turned over to CCHS. Aside from being an absolutely gorgeous cat, she is also friendly and very affectionate. She has tons of energy, and she loves to play with the other cats at the CCHS shelter. For more information, please call Robin at 770/478-7531.
