Pets of the Week - Jan. 29, 2009

Hera is 5 year old Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen mix. She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. This poor little girl was left abandoned at a local veterinarian's office. Hera was very sick at the time, but she is just fine now. She is extremely friendly and sweet. She is very clean in her crate, so it is believed that she has some housebreaking training. For adoption information, please call Clayton County Humane at 770/471-9436. Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.

Mabel is a gorgeous domestic shorthair. She is predominantly white, but has very unique tabby spots. Mabel has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. She has an extremely sweet personality, but she is quite nervous around the many other cats living at the shelter. Because of this, we have to cage Mabel, which is a most undesirable way for any cat to live. For information about how to adopt Mabel, please call Robin at 770/478-7531.
