Pets of the Week - June 25, 2009

Kato is a one year old Lilac-point Siamese mix. He has been neutered and all vaccinations are current. When a CCHS staffer went to Animal Control to check on another cat, over in the corner, she happened to see gorgeous Kato in the back of a cage. He was so beautiful that she just had to check him out further. Kato sized up the situation and decided it was safe, so he came forward in his cage. He was so sweet and friendly.....he was rescued on the spot. Since coming to the shelter, he has only become more and more outgoing with each passing day. He does very well with other cats at the shelter. For more information, please call Robin at 770/478-7531. Visit to see other animals available for adoption.
