Kato is a one year old Lilac-point Siamese mix. He has been neutered and all vaccinations are current. When a CCHS staffer went to Animal Control to check on another cat, over in the corner, she happened to see gorgeous Kato in the back of a cage. He was so beautiful that she just had to check him out further. Kato sized up the situation and decided it was safe, so he came forward in his cage. He was so sweet and friendly.....he was rescued on the spot. Since coming to the shelter, he has only become more and more outgoing with each passing day. He does very well with other cats at the shelter. For more information, please call Robin at 770/478-7531. Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.
Poppy is a 4 year old Silky Terrier. She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. Poppy was found running loose, on a very cold, rainy day. Efforts were made to find Poppy's home and family, but to no avail. She was turned over to Clayton Co. Humane by her rescuer. Since coming into the CCHS shelter, she has proven to be extremely friendly and affectionate. She also appears to be housebroken. For more information, please call Clayton County Humane Society at 770/471-9436. Visit www.claytoncountyhumane.org to see other animals available for adoption.More like this story
