Special photos

Noel is 3 year old Papillion mix. She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. Noel was picked up by Animal Control as a stray; and by the appearance of her pitiful little feet, this little girl had been on her own for quite some time. She has tons of personality, and when she cocks her adorable little head and looks at you with her slightly crossed eyes, she will STEAL your heart away. Because of her small size, Noel will not be adopted into a home with small children. For more information, please call Clayton County Humane Society at 77//471-9436. Hazel is a 2 year old Black Angora mix. She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. Hazel was surrendered to CCHS when her former "mom" picked a new place to live without making sure that Hazel would be welcome; and unfortunately, animals were not welcome in the new home. Poor Hazel has never adjusted to all the other cats in the CCHS shelter, which has made it necessary for her to live in a cage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We think she might be okay with another cat of similar temperament; another cat who had an "alpha" type personality and would stand up to Hazel. She would also very likely be just fine and perfectly happy as an "only cat". The primary concern is that Hazel find a home so that she does not have to spend her youthful years sitting in a cage, unable to move around and play like other cats her age.
