Clayton County Police released surveillance photos Monday of a suspect, who allegedly robbed a bank on Tara Boulevard Monday morning, and fled the scene on foot.
The man entered the RBC Centura Bank, located at 7906 Tara Blvd., just before 11 a.m., Lt. Rebecca Brown, of the Clayton County Police Department, said in a written statement.
The male gave two different tellers the same note, stating, "Give all the money, and no dye packs," Brown said in the statement.
No weapon was displayed, and no injuries were reported, according to Brown. The suspect left the scene with approximately $6,500, she said.
"He walked out at a fast pace and ran toward the rear of the Family Dollar [store]," said Brown.
The suspect is described as approximately five feet, five inches tall, wearing baggy jeans, a large, gray sweater, and was possibly traveling with a female, who was wearing cornrows, according to Brown.
Anyone with information in the case is asked to call 911, or Crime Stoppers at (404) 577-8477.
