Pets of the Week - Oct. 8, 2009

Bonnie is a 3 and a half year old black and white tuxedo, domestic shorthair. She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. Bonnie was living as a stray when she was hit by a car, resulting in a broken pelvis. Luckily, she was discovered by a "good Samaritan" and quickly turned over to Clayton County Humane Society. Now fully healed and perfectly healthy, Bonnie is looking for a real home and family. As is so often the case, Bonnie is most often overlooked by prospective adopters, simply because she is black and white. She is a very sweet cat, and she gets along well with the other cats living at the CCHS shelter. For more information, please call Robin at 770/478-7531. Foxy is a one and a half year old Toy Fox Terrier/Chihuahua mix. She has been spayed and all vaccinations are current. Foxy is an extremely sweet little lady, and she has an overload of playfulness and energy. She will need a family who can keep up with her high energy level! She does very well with other dogs, and she has even had several doggie best friends at the shelter, but it seems like every time she gets a new "roomy", they get adopted and she gets left behind again. She appears to be crate trained, which means she has a great start to being fully housebroken. For more information, please call Clayton County Humane at 770/471-9436.
