A multi-vehicle wreck snarled traffic on Interstate 75 in Stockbridge Monday afternoon.
The incident took place shortly before 3 p.m., on I-75 northbound at Hudson Bridge Road. Henry County Police Capt. Jason Bolton said five passenger vehicles, and an 18-wheeler, were involved in the collision.
"The accident occurred when the tractor-trailer struck the rear of one of the passenger vehicles, causing a chain reaction," Bolton said. "One person was transported by ground to Atlanta Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries."
The crash shut down two lanes of traffic on the interstate. Bolton said all lanes were open on I-75 by 5 p.m.
