Special Photo Forest Park Police hope someone will be able to help them identify this man, who reportedly robbed a bank in the city on Monday.
Police in Forest Park are looking for a man who reportedly robbed a Wachovia bank branch in the city on Monday.
Police said a white male, believed to be about 50 years old, walked into the bank, at 4532 Jonesboro Road, and demanded money from a teller.
Forest Park Police Capt. Robert Cotrell said the man reportedly handed the teller a note, and did not appear to be armed.
Police said the man fled the bank after being handed an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect was described as being about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds.
Police released surveillance photos of the man on Thursday, and asked that anyone with information in the case call the Forest Park Police Department, at (404) 366-4141, or Crime Stoppers, at (404) 577-TIPS (8477). Police said tips can be left anonymously.
