Carlo Ramon Boykin, 28, was arrested at the scene for a probation violation related to prior charges of simple battery and obstruction of an officer, jail records state. He is being held in the jail without bond.
A 15-year-old, juvenile, male suspect in the case is charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released to the custody of his parents, Bolton said.
George Franks, Jr., 53, also of Stockbridge, was arrested April 20, as part of the investigation. He was released from the jail April 23, on $1,795 bond.
Turner, Whitlock and Crumbley each appeared in Henry County Magistrate Court Friday, represented by the Public Defender's Office. Judge Robert Godwin set their bonds at $5,050 each, and bound their charges over to Superior Court.
