CSU internet radio switching to holiday playlist

A person could arguably never get enough "Jingle Bell Rock" during the holidays.

Well, Clayton State University's Internet Radio is going to dole out more of the song this month. The university has announced that its two-and-a-half-year-old, student-run internet radio station is switching to a Christmas-music-heavy playlist for the month of December, to help celebrate the holiday season. The switch began on Wednesday.

That means the station's online airwaves will be filled with lots of singers crooning "All I Want For Christmas is You," "Frosty, the Snowman," and "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus."

Or, maybe someone, instead, just wants a hippopotamus, or their two front teeth. One can never tell.

To coincide with the music switch, the station is revamping its web site -- www.claytonstateradio.com -- to feature a holiday theme. People who would like to listen to the station's holiday playlist will have to log onto the web site to hear it.
