Mr. Ronald Albert Bryant, 77, of Stockbridge, passed away Dec. 9, 2010. He was born in Brandon, Vermont, the son of the late Albert Hayden and Margaret Lake Bryant. He was also preceded in death by a grandson, James David Buddy Bryant. Mr. Bryant enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, motorcycling, building model planes, studying history, traveling and reading. He was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Associations Chapter A & P, Georgia Reading Association and the International Reading Association. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1952, to 1956. Survivors are his wife of 31 years, Sheree Bryant, of Stockbridge; children, Julie Thompson (Craig), of Pretty Prairie, Kan., Randy Bryant (Marge), David Bryant (Jody), both of S. Hutchinson, Kan., Bruce Bryant, of Griffin, Jon Bryant, of Stockbridge, Kevin Wimberly (Angie), of Clarksville, Tenn., Gary Carroll, of Riverdale, and Debbie Carroll, of Texas; 12 grandchildren; brothers, Kenny Bryant (Donna), Jack Bryant (Carol), David Bryant, Walt Bryant (Kathie), Larry Bryant (Cheryl), Jim Bryant (Charlene), Pat Bryant and Steve Bryant; sisters, Claudia Billodeaux (Rod), Peggy Bertrand (Paul), and Jane Johnson; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 13, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles Robison, the Rev. Roger Mileham and the Rev. Dave Riley officiating.
