The incident occurred around 11 a.m., according to a media release issued by the police department.

The man being sought was last seen wearing sunglasses, blue jeans, a blue shirt, tan jacket, and a toboggan-style hat. He is described as a black male, in his mid-20s, to mid-30s. He was armed with a pistol, according to Capt. James Callaway, Morrow Police spokesman.
