State Board of Education member, Mary Sue Murray, is scheduled to hold a public forum on Thursday, Dec. 16, from 7 p.m., to 8 p.m., at the Clayton County Public Schools Central Administration Complex, located at 1058 Fifth Ave., in Jonesboro. The purpose of the forum is to get public input on state education policies and performance, from residents of Georgia's 13th Congressional District, which Murray represents on the state board. People who would like to speak at the forum will have to sign up at the meeting site, before the session begins.
