Maze, Lucian Houston Age: 87
Passed Away: 2010-12-22 Funeral Home: Lucian Houston Maze, 87, of Woodland, Ga., formerly of McDonough, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010. A Memorial Service was held Monday, Dec. 27, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Smith-Steele-Meadows Funeral Home, in Manchester, Ga., with the Rev. Jimmie Chapman officiating. The family received friends from 12 until 2 p.m., at the Funeral Home. Mr. Maze was born May 2, 1923, in Arab, Ala., son of Walter Daniel Maze and Cassie Latham Maze. He was a veteran of World War II and had been a truck driver as well as a cattle farmer. He was preceded in death by six sisters and one brother. Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Dorothy Watson Maze, of Woodland; two sons, Ronald and his wife, Robin, and Terrell and his wife, Cheryl, all of Woodland; one grandson, David and his wife, Brandi Maze, of Woodland; two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Carley Maze, of Woodland. Smith-Steele-Meadows Funeral Home, Manchester, Ga. was in charge of arrangements.More like this story
