Debra Louise Noble, 51, of Rex passed away Dec. 27, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Larry Noble; three children, Adrian Davidson, of Stockbridge, Juwane Allen, of Morrow, and Tyshe and Derrocus Turner, of Birmingham, Ala.; stepdaughter, Karen and Craig Scott, of East Point; six grandchildren; two brothers, David and Cyndi Nester, of Romney, W.V., and Brian and Donna Nester, of Paw-Paw, W.V.; three sisters-in-law, Essioe Teague, of College Park, and Alma and Frank Wheeler, of Covington, and Rose Mary Noble. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 30, at 2 p.m., at the New Beginning Christian Ministries. The Rev. Anthony Savage will officiate. Her body will lie in-state from 1 p.m., to 2 p.m. Interment will be in the Fairview Memorial Gardens.
