The Fugitive/Investigation Unit of the Clayton County Sheriff's Department
apprehended fugitive, Mallory Grooms, 50, Tuesday, at an apartment complex in Marietta, Ga., according to Sgt. Sonja Sanchez, a spokesperson for the Sheriff's Office. Grooms was charged with felony violation of probation, stemming from a previous charge of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, Sanchez said, in a written statement. Grooms was arrested without incident, and transported to the Clayton County Jail, according to Sanchez.
