Four people were reportedly injured Thursday, as a result of an accident at a local warehouse.
The incident occurred at Genco, located at 250 Declaration Drive in McDonough. The accident occurred at the facility when a scissor lift fell, according to the Associated Press.
The Henry County Fire Department received a call about the accident at approximately 3:34 p.m., according to Fire Capt. Sabrina Puckett.
One critically-injured person, Puckett said, was taken to a hospital by air, and another was transported to a hospital for moderate injuries.
Two others received minor wounds, Puckett said. "Fire ground operations are complete," she said.
Puckett did not release additional details on the incident, stating that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration is controlling the investigation.
No further details regarding the incident were available Thursday.
