God is the source of all things - James C. Bell, Jr.

Our Holy Bible begins with these words: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was empty and had no form. Darkness covered the ocean and God's Spirit was moving over the water."

Please read the full account of God's creation of our world in your Bible --Genesis, chapter 1.

With one stroke of His mighty hand -- history and time began!

All things originate with God. He is the source of all things.

Every good thing emanates from God. With God, all things are possible.

I sometimes wonder, and am amazed at the love of God, that He, the almighty God would even consider a relationship with lowly mankind. However, He made us and loves us and has plans to prosper us.

His great salvation plan, which provided His beloved Son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrifice, once for all, for all our sins, is the greatest expression of love ever given!

Praise His Holy Name for this great sacrifice, which must have broken His heart as He saw His beloved Son suffering and dying on a cruel cross.

We receive His unmerited love as we put our faith in Jesus Christ, and are forgiven of our sin. His salvation is free to us, but of great cost to Him. We receive it only by trust and faith and belief in Him and His beloved Son, Jesus.

We cannot earn it, we cannot pay for it by doing good, and we only receive it through His grace.

Man's problems come from being disconnected from God, from disbelief, and ignoring His existence. Pride and selfishness lead man to depend on himself and to decide he will live anyway he chooses.

The Bible says, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death." (Proverbs 16:25.)

When people are disconnected from God, their own selfish and evil desires drive them to sin against God. They love themselves and seek to fill their lives with things that please them, when they should believe in God and be connected to Him through Jesus Christ.

Man's problems do not come from God, they usually come from bad decisions, from the way we live and the relationships we have with others.

Those who believe in God and His Holy Word, and choose to serve and follow Him, are connected with Him. He is our teacher, instructor and savior, because we belong to Him.

What a wonderful world community we would have, if every person, in every country, believed in God and lived by His teachings and followed His commandments!

First, there would be no war, for men would not be trying to kill each other and take what each other has. Instead, they would love each other and want the best for all, forgiving one another.

There would be no hunger, because there would be enough food for all. There would be neither crime, nor injustice, for we would respect the rights of others and forgive their trespasses. We could live in peace, and worship God and serve Him.

If you are not a Christian and are living disconnected from God, please consider trusting the Creator of this world and man as well. He gives every man a choice, to accept Him through Jesus Christ or to reject Him.

For those who believe, He has plans to bless them and to give them His gift of eternal life. This is the most important decision of your life, please consider it carefully.

I pray you will accept Jesus and be connected to life eternal.
