Suspects sought in church bus theft

Henry County Police are searching for suspects, who reportedly stole items from a church bus in the parking lot of a local house of worship.

The incident occurred Memorial Day weekend, at Glen Haven Baptist Church, located at 345 East Lake Road in McDonough, according to Police Capt. Jason Bolton.

"Suspects in two trucks ... did enter a church bus located in the parking lot of the ... church," Bolton said. "The following items were stolen: [a] Blaupunkt DVD player, Audiovox video screen, and four other 10-inch monitors."

Police have obtained photographs of the vehicles, which were reportedly used by the suspects in the case.
