Two home runs were too much to overcome for Stockbridge in a 12-2 defeat in five innings to Alcovy in a Region 4-AAAA game Friday.
The Tigers (5-3, 0-2) lost its third consecutive game after opening the season winning their first five games.
But Stockbridge will get another shot to end the woes Monday when it hosts Ola at 5:30 p.m.
