Chief Magistrate Gigi Leverette Hoard reports the following individuals were brought before the Butts County Magistrate Court for First Appearance Bond Hearings during the period of May 4-10:
*Briterrica Donsaye Heard on charges of Trafficking in Cocaine.
*Lamar Michael Odom on charges of Trafficking in Cocaine.
*Chauncey Dwayne McNair on charges of Trafficking in Cocaine.
*James Auburn Riggs on charges of Failure to Register/Update Sex Offender Registry.
*Colton Jerrod Sims on charges of Possession of Marijuana, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Giving False Name and Date of Birth, No Tag Light, Defective Equipment and Driving on Suspended License.
*Casey R. Henderson on charges of Theft by Taking.
*Pamela E. Alexander on charges of Simple Battery Family Violence.
*Michael E. Gentry on charges of Disorderly Conduct.
Bond was granted in five cases and denied in three cases. Judges presided over three civil hearings and two civilian pre-warrant hearings. Judges issued 11 arrest warrants. The Court Clerk filed 25 civil suits.
