Stockbridge High School's Navy JROTC unit plans to host its 10th Annual Veterans Day Dinner, for students at Stockbridge High who have military veterans in their family, according to organizers.
The dinner will be held, starting at 6 p.m., on Nov. 10, in the high school's commons area. It will feature an all Armed Services flag ceremony, music, and Stockbridge Mayor Lee Stuart, as guest speaker.
Organizers are inviting those family members who have served 180 days, or more, on active duty in any branch of military service, to attend the dinner.
The JROTC unit is expected to serve a full turkey dinner, complete with desserts. To RSVP, call (770) 474-3031.
