Here's a look at some of the outstanding performances from last Friday night's football games:
Keyante Green, Eagle's Landing Christian: The sophomore star running back took over in the second half of the Chargers' 35-28 win at Wesleyan, when he score both of his rushing touchdowns on runs of 7 and 77 yards. Green finished with 150 yards on 16 carries, and made several key stops on defense at linebacker.
Armarlo Herrera, North Clayton: The senior linebacker had 11 tackles and one pass breakup in the Eagles' regular season final against Creekside.
Leon Prunty, Stockbridge: The junior quarterback was 8 of 19 for 141 yards and two touchdowns in the playoff-bound Tigers 38-26 loss to Sandy Creek. He also had 13 carres for 60 yards.
Christian Reeves, Eagle's Landing Christian: The Virginia Tech commitment put on a show at Wesleyan. Reeves caught seven passes for 131 yards and one touchdown, an 11-yard score in the first half.
Michael Ross, North Clayton: The senior running back had 115 yards rushing on 16 carries in the Eagles' 21-0 win over Creekside. He had a touchdown run of nine yards. Ross also had a 6-yard touchdown reception.
JoJo Spann, Ola: He had a fumble recovery and two interceptions to help the Mustangs to a 21-14 win over Harris County.
Aaron Spratlin, Eagle's Landing Christian: The junior quarterback picked apart a strong Wesleyan defense Friday. Spratlin completed 11 of 18 passes for 160 yards and two touchdowns. When the Chargers' rushing offense struggled in the first half, Spratlin made several big throws to keep the offense moving.
Christopher Weems, North Clayton: The freshman running back had 20 carries for 124 yards as the Eagles' defeated Creekside 21-0 to clinch the Region 4-AAAA No. 2 in the playoffs.
