All games start at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Dutchtown (9-1) at Thomas County Central (8-2)

When: 8:00 p.m.

Series: Thomas County Central leads, 2-0.

Storylines: Dutchtown has traveled to Thomasville before and lost 39-0 (2006) and 55-0 (2007). This time the Bulldogs will have to deal with Yellow Jackets defensive end Ray Drew, the No. 1 recruit in Georgia, according to Rivals.com, and an ordained minister. QB Eric Dodson and RB Curtis Brooks lead Thomas County Central's run-heavy offense. ... Dutchtown coach Jason Galt said RB Kelvin Leaphart, the team's second-leading rusher, is questionable.

Prediction: Thomas County Central 27, Dutchtown 13

Glynn Academy (7-3) at Lovejoy (10-0)

Series: First meeting.

Storylines: Glynn Academy needed a 17-10 win over Effingham County last Thursday to clinch the No. 4 seed in Region 2-AAAA. ... Lovejoy is a No. 1 seed for the first time since 2004, which was the last time it won a playoff game. The Wildcats' record in the first round is 4-1 under coach Al Hughes. Playing in the friendly confines of Twelve Oaks Stadium could help a roster with zero playoff experience.

Prediction: Lovejoy 27, Glynn Academy 7

Henry County (6-4) at Baldwin (9-1)

Series: First meeting.

Storylines: Both teams ended the regular season on a sour note. Henry County lost 21-14 to Eastside to fall to third in Region 4-AAA, while Baldwin lost out on the Region 2-AAA championship in a 35-15 loss to Peach County. The Braves are led by RB Altovise Harris, who averages over 100 yards per game, and freshman QB DeAndre Thomas.

Prediction: Baldwin 20, Henry County 10

Stockbridge (6-4) at Peach County (10-0)

When: 8:00 p.m.

Series: First meeting.

Storylines: Stockbridge faces quite a task in its first state playoff game in school history. Peach County is the defending Class AAA champion and has won 25 straight games. The No. 1-ranked Trojans averaged 45.1 points per game during the regular season behind QB Brett Montgomery (5-11, 180) and RB Travis Richmond (5-5, 150).

Prediction: Peach County 38, Stockbridge 7

Ware County (8-2) at North Clayton (9-1)

Series: First meeting.

Storylines: North Clayton didn't imagine going into the playoffs without starting RB LaDarrius Mathis, but that's what the Eagles face after Mathis was lost for the season to a shoulder injury Oct. 22. Freshman RB Christopher Weems has filled in nicely, though, rushing for 124 yards on 20 carries against Creekside last week. Weems and the Eagles face a Ware County defense that allowed just 7.5 points per game during the regular season.

Prediction: Ware County 21, North Clayton 10

Washington-Wilkes (4-6) at ELCA (10-0)

Series: First meeting.

Storylines: Washington-Wilkes is one of five teams in the state playoffs with a losing record. Only one of its wins was against a team with a winning record. The Tigers won their last two games against Aquinas (17-14 in overtime) and Twiggs County (49-6) to sneak into the playoffs. ELCA, meanwhile, is coming off its 35-28 signature win of the season over Wesleyan for the Region 5-A championship. The Chargers open the playoffs at home for the third straight season.

Prediction: ELCA 45, Washington-Wilkes 7
