Clayton County Public Schools will close its schools and administrative offices next week in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, the district has announced. Offices and schools are expected to be closed from Monday, Nov. 22, through Friday, Nov. 26, according to a press release.
The district is expected to resume operations on Monday, Nov. 29, district officials said. For more information about the closing, or to obtain needed information before the school system closes for the holiday, school officials advise that persons should contact their local school, or the district's central administration offices, before the end of business hours today. — Curt YeomansMore like this story
