The leader of the University System of Georgia, and a retiring, senior member of Clayton State University's faculty will deliver keynote addresses at the Morrow-based university's Dec. 11 fall commencement ceremonies, the school has announced.
University System Chancellor, Erroll B. Davis, Jr., will address bachelor's and master's degree graduates of Clayton State's College of Arts and Sciences, during the first of two ceremonies. The first ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. Mathematics professor, Cathie Aust, will address graduates of the School of Business, College of Health, College of Information and Mathematical Sciences, and associate's degree recipients from the College of Arts and Sciences, during the second ceremony, at noon. Aust is about to retire from the university after serving on its faculty for 35 years. The ceremonies will be held at Clayton State's Athletics and Fitness Center, which is on the school's main campus, in Morrow. — Curt YeomansMore like this story
