Clayton State University officials are about to shine the lights on an annual holiday tradition at the Morrow-based school, according to a written statement from the university.
The school will hold its annual Campus Holiday Celebration and Tree Lighting, on Dec. 2, from 4 p.m., to 5 p.m., at the James M. Baker University Center, which is on Clayton State's main campus in Morrow. T
he event will feature holiday-themed activities, including live musical entertainment, inside the university center, said University spokesman, John Shiffert.
The event will culminate with the lighting of a live tree, which is located in the courtyard area, outside the university center, according to Shiffert.
