The Strong Rock Christian Lady Patriots made a little history earlier this week with their first Georgia High School Association win ever.
Strong Rock, which has made the jump to the GHSA from the GISA, defeated Our Lady of Mercy 38-27 in the Locust Grove Tournament.
Ansley Hughes led the way with 16 points in the Lady Patriots' victory.
Our Lady of Mercy is coached by Doug Crane, who was on Lady Patriots' head coach A.C. McCullers staff at Clayton State University.
