Missing Clayton teen found in Texas

A 14-year-old Jonesboro girl, missing since Wednesday, has been found in Texas.

Cassandra Velazquez was dropped off at a Houston, Texas police department, on Monday, allegedly by her boyfriend, Miguel Rodriguez-Rios, 28, according to Lt. Tina Daniel, the Clayton County Police Department's public information officer.

Velazquez had no injuries, Daniel said.

On Monday, officials put out a warrant for Rodriguez-Rios' arrest, for interference with the custody of a minor child. They were still searching for him late Monday.

Rodriguez-Rios drives a blue 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe, with Georgia license plate BKD 2940, Daniel said.

Police are asking that anyone with information about his whereabouts contact Detective D. Munoz, at (770) 477-3788.
