Three unidentified men are being sought for allegedly stealing a trailer from a vehicle, at a Stockbridge motel.
The reported theft occurred Sept. 21, around 5 a.m., outside the Super 8 Motel at 1451 Hudson Bridge Road, according to Henry County Police Maj. Jason Bolton.
"A dark-in-color SUV, possibly an older model Chevrolet Suburban occupied by three black males, entered into the parking lot ... and stole a flat bed trailer with a 2006 Polaris 500 4x4 on the back," Bolton said. "The suspect vehicle has faded paint on top, tag frame on the front, chrome trim, and old style rims with no hubcaps."
The major added that several counties "have been getting hit hard" recently with reports of trailer thefts.
Anyone with information in the case, is asked to contact Henry Police Detective Michael Briggs, by phone at (770) 288-8257, by FAX at (770) 288-8376, or by e-mail at mbriggs@co.henry.ga.us.
