The Tiger Martial Arts Olympic Tae Kwon Do team recently traveled to South Carolina for the qualifier to the Junior Olympics in San Jose, California.
T.M.A. won 14 medals, 12 of them gold and two silver.
They swept their division.
T.M.A.'s head coach, master Eid M. Koja, said, "This is an excellent team. They train six days a week."
The following athletes excelled at the recent qualifier: Matt Todd (gold), Elizabeth Todd (gold) Matthew Dixon (gold), Javon Powell (gold ), Aladdin Koja (Two silvers), Rodney William (gold) Chase swilley (Gold), David Collins (Gold), Darren Mitchell (Gold), Leon Philip (Gold), Camryn Edmonds (Gold) Jay' La Lewis (Gold), Cheyenne Weddle (Gold), Jasmine Clark (Gold)
"Congratulations to everyone for qualifying to San Jose, California US Olympic and the senior national championship," Koja said. Thank you to all of the family of T.M.A."
