Officials from Georgia Power and IBM have been lined up to give keynote addresses at Clayton State University's spring commencement ceremonies next month, the Morrow-based school recently announced.
Ron Shipman, the Georgia Power Company's vice-president for environmental affairs, and Ann Cramer, the director of IBM Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs for the Americas are scheduled to be the commencement speakers at the school's two commencement ceremonies on May 7, according to a news release from the university.
Shipman is scheduled to address graduates from Clayton State's College of Health, College of Information and Mathematical Sciences and School of Business, during a 9 a.m. commencement ceremony. Cramer is scheduled to address graduates of the university's College of Arts & Sciences, during a noon commencement ceremony.
The ceremonies are scheduled to be held at the university's Athletic and Fitness Center, according to the school's web site.
