Mr. Charles Wayne Chuck Hartline, 75, of Morrow, passed away April 21, 2011. He was born in Jamestown, Ala., to the late Oren Andrew and Mary Lou Sparks Hartline. Chuck served his country in the United States Air Force, and retired after 35 years with Owens-Illinois. He was a man of patience who enjoyed tinkering, fixing toys, spending time on his computer, playing with his grandchildren, and was an avid reader. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Betty Ginny Chumbley Hartline, of Morrow; children, Vickey (Greg) Laird, of Nashville, Tenn., Robyn Plascencia, of Jonesboro, Buddy (Teresa) Scott, of Lawrenceville, David (Danielle) Scott, of Canton, Dana (Bill) Fessler, of Hampton; grandchildren, Matthew (Monica) Laird, of McDonough, Jonathan (Julie) Scott, of Monroe, Carolyn Scott, of Macon, Rachel (Matthew) Rawlins,, of McDonough, Rion (Brandon Dudley) Quintero of Stockbridge, Tiffany Scott, of Milledgeville, Christina Scott, of Lawrenceville, Rebecca Plascencia, of Morrow, Heather Fessler, of Hampton, Aaron Scott, of Canton, Stephen Scott, of Canton, Carson Fessler, of Hampton, Abby Scott, of Canton; great-granddaughter, Savannah Scott, of Monroe. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 26, at 1 p.m., from the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Haisten/Eastlawn Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family Monday, from 5 p.m., to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Contributions are asked to be made to the American Lung Association, or the American Heart Association, in memory of Chuck.
