BOYS TENNIS
Eagle's Landing 4, Crisp County 1
Eagle's Landing cruised against Crisp County 4-1 in the second round of the Class AAA tournament Tuesday.
The top-seeded Golden Eagles got wins from Jackson Cook and Ron Mills in singles action. Aaron Horton and Julian Turner won at No. 1 doubles, while David Collier and Elijah Parham won at No. 2 doubles.
Eagle's Landing will play West Laurens in the quarterfinals. All quarterfinals matches must be completed by Tuesday, May 3.
GIRLS TENNIS
Woodland 5, South Effingham 0
Woodland swept South Effingham 5-0 in the second round of the Class AAAA tournament.
The eighth-ranked Lady Wolfpack (13-1) got wins from Kimberly Bowen (6-1, 6-0), Krystal Bowen (6-2, 6-0) and Nicole Langford (6-3, 6-4) in singles action. Kristen Avery and Kelsey Wages won at No. 1 doubles and Caitlyn Creech and Jasmyn Johnson at No. 2 doubles.
Woodland will play Greenbrier (14-2), a 5-0 winner over McIntosh, in the quarterfinals.

The Lady Golden Eagles got wins from Danielle Jones (6-0, 6-0) and Jessica Amero (6-0, 6-0) in singles action. Michelle Wolfenben and Nicole Newell won at No. 1 doubles, while Brianna Gooden and Grace Swalbe won at No. 2 doubles.
Eagle's Landing will play West Laurens, a winner over Westover, in the quarterfinals.
Drew 4, Americus-Sumter 1
Drew handled Americus-Sumter 4-1 in the second round of the Class AAA tournament.
The Lady Titans swept in the singles action and got a win in doubles.
Ninth-ranked Drew (15-2) advances to play fellow region 4-AAA member Spalding in the quarterfinals Thursday. The Lady Titans beat Spalding 3-2 in their season-opener.
Baseball:
The ELCA baseball team beat Strong Rock 13-1 in Region 9-A action.
