Charles L. Moseley, Jr., 89, of Stockbridge, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2011. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 21, at 4 p.m., at Horis A. Ward's Fairview Chapel, with the Rev. Jody Ray officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, in Stockbridge.

Charles was a member of Stockbridge First United Methodist Church, and he retired from Southern States after 24 years of service. He also served our country in the U.S. Army Air Force. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Dot Moseley, of Stockbridge; son, Richard (Monica) Moseley of Gray, Tenn.; daughter, Lynn Anderson, of Stockbridge; grandchildren, Kurt Moseley of Oakwood, Ga., Brent Moseley of Gray, Tenn., Preston Anderson, of Stockbridge, Parker Anderson, of Stockbridge; great-grandchildren, Kent Moseley, of Oakland, Kyle Moseley, of Oakwood, Mya Moseley, of Gray, Tenn.; brother, Harper Moseley, of Stockbridge, Glenn Moseley, of Stockbridge; sister, Christine Ethridge, of Riverdale and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 20, at the funeral home from 6 p.m., to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers please send contributions to The Bus Fund, in care of Stockbridge First United Methodist Church, 4863 North Henry Blvd., P. O. Box 86, Stockbridge, Ga. 30281.
