Mrs. Edith Olivia Lawrence
Mrs. Edith Olivia Lawrence, 70, of Riverdale, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Christian Ministries Hospice on Dec. 15, 2011. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, who had a passion for the arts and sports, and was known as a “Karaoke Diva.” She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and a lifetime resident of Clayton County. Mrs. Lawrence is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Robert Lawrence; children, Judy and Jeff Bohler, of Auburn, Ala., John and Cindy Lawrence, of Fayetteville, Ga., and Jason Lawrence, of Atlanta; grandchildren, David Bohler, Samuel Bohler, Alex Lawrence and Kelly Lawrence; sister, Elizabeth Byrd, of Riverdale; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 at 2 p.m., at Liberty Baptist Church, with Dr. Randy Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends TODAY (Friday), from 5 p.m, to 7 p.m., at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Carl J.
