The Henry County Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating an unidentified man, and woman, who allegedly bought items at a Walmart store, using stolen credit cards.
Police now have video-surveillance footage of the suspects, and it was released by the police department Friday.
The theft incident took place Dec. 19, in the Ross clothing store, at 900 Jonesboro Road in McDonough, according to Police Sgt. Mike Ireland.
"[A] black male and black female ... took a woman's wallet from her purse, while distracting her at the Ross clothing store," Ireland said. "The suspects immediately went to the Walmart at 135 Willow Lane [in] McDonough, ... and used the person's credit cards to purchase a large amount of gift cards and phone cards."
Anyone with information on the identities, or whereabouts, of the pair, is asked to contact Henry Police Detective Joe Norton at (770) 288-8262.
