Smith, Mr. Larry L. Age: 69
Passed Away: 2011-02-20 Funeral Home: Conner-Westbury Funeral Home Mr. Larry L. Smith Aug. 4, 1941 – Feb. 20, 2011 Mr. Larry Loyd Smith, 69, of Jonesboro, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011 at Piedmont-Fayette Hospital. He was born on Aug. 4, 1941, in Rochester, Mich., to Mrs. Maxine Smith and the late Harry Smith. He was preceded in death by his son, Roy Charles Smith, who passed away in December 2002. Mr. Smith was an active member of Living Water Four Square Church in McDonough. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn F. Smith; daughters, Anna Smith and Julie Smith; mother, Mrs. Maxine Smith; brothers, James Smith, and Gary Smith; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Pastor Keith Barnes and Pastor Dwayne Barnes will officiate. Interment will follow in the Griffin Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, from 6 p.m., 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
