Figuring out how to organize Uncle Darby's Vietnam War draft records, and pictures of Grandma Ruby building airplanes during World War II, will be the focus of an upcoming, free, two-day workshop that will be hosted by the Clayton State University Genealogy Group.
The group will hold the workshop, which will deal with organizing family histories, on Saturday, from 9:30 a.m., to 4:30 p.m., and Sunday, from 3 p.m., to 5 p.m., in room 200 of the Clayton State University Library, which is located on the school's main campus in Morrow.
The university is asking people to register in advance, by contacting University Archivist, Rosemary Fischer, by e-mail at rosemaryfischer@clayton.edu, or by telephone, at (678) 466-4333. Membership in the Clayton State University Genealogy Club is free. Anyone who would like more information about the group, or the workshop, should send an e-mail to selmajoey@yahoo.com.
