Herbie is a one year old Chihuahua. He has been neutered and fully vaccinated. Herbie was found as a stray and turned over to CCHS. He is a very sweet little guy, and he seems to get along well with dogs similar in size. Due to his small size, Herbie will not be adopted into a home with small children.
